The balance is due after your keyboard has passed testing, before it ships.

Yes. The finish can change until anodising starts on 23 November. Switches, plate and keycaps can change until assembly starts on 7 December.

Before the deposit, just reply to our email. After it, the deposit is refunded in full until anodising starts on 23 November. Later it covers the case already made for you.

Batch 1 is 150 keyboards. Requests beyond that join the list for batch 2, and the confirmation email says which batch you are in.

Across Russia by courier or to a pickup point, or you can collect the keyboard from the workshop in Saint Petersburg.

Outside Russia we ship to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia and Serbia. Import duties are paid by the recipient.

It depends on the address. The packed keyboard weighs about 2.6 kg; we quote the exact cost with the balance invoice.

Two years against manufacturing defects: case, PCB, stabilisers and switches. Keycap shine from use and liquid damage are not covered.

Most often it is the switch. The sockets are hot-swap, so we post a replacement and you swap it in a minute.

PCB faults are repaired at the workshop in Saint Petersburg. Under warranty we pay delivery both ways within Russia.

Yes, within 7 days of receiving it, in its original condition and box. We refund the price; the delivery cost is not refunded.

No, Kern 75 is ANSI only: a long left Shift and a wide single-row Enter. Cyrillic comes as a second legend on the same keys; you switch languages in the operating system as usual.

Yes. It works with macOS, Windows and Linux without drivers. A Fn combination swaps Alt and Win so they act as Option and Command.

No. Kern 75 is wired only: USB-C, 1000 Hz polling and no battery to wear out.
